Butane gas canisters are one of the most common types of gas containers, but recycling them can be a hassle at best, and downright dangerous at its worst. The process begins by puncturing a hole in the can to release pressure and leftover gas so that the metal can be easily scrapped. Most people usually have to carry an extra implement to do so, but this minor inconvenience can be enough to put people off. This tool proposes adding a built-in metal clip to butane cans that cost very little to produce and are very simple to use knocked against a flat surface, the clip punctures the can.

A bedside table for small rooms.

A fizzy drink cap design for children and the elderly. By using the edge of a table as a lever, the cap can be opened with less grip strength.

The mass-production leads to people buying products to meet their needs. However, according to Adhocism, we might not need to buy some products as long as we have an improvising spirit. (Think Robinson Crusoe, making a raft and then a shelter from the wreck of his ship.) These 3D-printed components made from 100% recycled filaments are showing how this ad-hoc approach can replace traditional consumerism.

A container to keep human breath. The balloon can be inflated and kept as a memento or given as a gift to cherish a special memory. It could be a perfect way to remember a rare occasion, such as a visit with a grandparent, a proposal, or an unforgettable meal, even if it made your breath garlicky. With BREATH, all these moments can be easily remembered. It is made 100% of thermoplastic polyurethane and holds 500 milliliters of air. People can write directly on the balloon to note whose breath it contains, and the date they exhaled for posterity.
